What we do

Who writes ServeWell Reviews
Marcus Hale spent more than a decade managing front-of-house at busy restaurants and bars before turning to writing full time. He has opened two venues, trained dozens of servers, and learned the hard way which tools survive a Friday night and which fall apart by month two. He reviews hospitality supplies with one question in mind: does it actually make service better? When he is not testing gear, he consults for small independent restaurants on floor operations.
